Drinks Ventures GmbH is a young company in Berlin that specializes in contract filling in the field of cans and enables local beverage companies to expand into new markets.
We are looking for a dedicated, versatile individual to support us in the operation of our bottling plant in the Berlin region. The ideal candidate will be technically skilled, communicative, well organized and able to fit constructively into an existing team.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the safe operation of our filling line and product tanks
- Operation of production systems
- Independent setting and loading of the filling line
- Elimination of minor faults and maintenance work
- Documentation of production, consumption and faults
- Compliance with the applicable regulations regarding occupational safety and hygiene
- Solving problems quickly and independently to keep production on schedule
Your profile:
- Professional experience as a production technician and machine operator
- Strong communication skills to be able to interact with coworkers in a professional and helpful manner
- Ability to work productively in a fast-paced, stressful environment
- Good basic technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- Initiative and a sense of responsibility
- Reliability, ability to work in a team, accuracy and flexibility
- Preferably 1 year experience in beverage production (e.g. beer/ cider/ wine/ carbonated water/ soft drink) or similar qualification.
- Experience in operating a packaging/filling machine.
